(Oliver Torres -Sous Chef) My name is Oliver Torres from the Philippines. I've been working as a Pastry Chef in Bahrain for more than 9 years. After so many years of working in the same field, I am still very passionate about creating great cakes! It was not easy at first, I went through a lot of challenges and started from scratch. However, with dedication, determination, eagerness to learn and the support of my family and mentor, I am now Sous Chef. As a Chef at Let Them Eat Cake, my mission is to continue learning and further develop my skills while using my knowledge and experience to maintain excellent quality and teach others.

(Maduka - Decorator) I am Maduka from Sri Lanka. I’m a cake decorator with a passion for creating new and attractive cake designs. Upon finishing Hotel School, I worked as a Cake Decorator in hotels for 8 years. Imagining cake designs and bringing them to reality is my greatest love and challenge. I am eager to learn new techniques and develop my skills to make creative cakes. My goal at Let Them Eat Cake is to share my skills and creativity in cake decorating with the community while fulfilling my dream to become a Decorating Consultant.

(Mohammed Roman - Driver)

Hi, my name is Mohammed Roman from Bangladesh. I am the driver at Let Them Eat Cake with 11 years’ experience. I am a hard worker and I love taking on new challenges. When I am not out making deliveries, I like to help in the Pastry work and learn new skills. My mission now is to learn Pastry work as soon as possible and become an excellent Chef and help make Let Them Eat Cake number 1 in Bahrain. I believe I can do so with the help of my team and hard work.
